Long Island (18-16) Vs. Radford (22-12)

Game Information

What: #16 LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds (18-16) Vs. #16 Radford Highlanders (22-12)
When: Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at 6:40 P.M ET
What: University of Dayton Arena, Dayton, OH
TV: TruTV
The Line: Radford -4½ -110 | -210 | U 138½ -110

Analysis: Both of these teams are on fire, with the Highlanders Radford winning seven straight and the Long Island-Brooklyn Blackbirds bagging their last five games. LIU likes to play at a faster pace than Radford, but I like the Highlanders to win and narrowly cover the spread as a 4.5-point favorite because of their elite defense (64.4 PPG).
Radford is 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 non-conference games while LIU has gone 0-6 ATS in their last six neutral site games. It’s that simple!

Pick: Radford -4.5

St. Bonaventure (25-7) Vs. UCLA (21-11)

Game Information

What: #11 St. Bonaventure Bonnies (25-7) Vs. #11 UCLA Bruins (21-11)
When: Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at 9:10 P.M ET
What: University of Dayton Arena, Dayton, OH
TV: TruTV
The Line: UCLA -3½ -110 | -170 | U 155 -110

Analysis: a whopping 62 percent of public bettors like UCLA, but I don’t know why seeing as how the Bruins have lost three of their last five games while St. Bonaventure had won 13 straight games until getting upset by Davidson in the A-10 conference championship game on Saturday. The Bonnies are the better defensive team in this matchup and have been way more consistent than UCLA this season.
UCLA is just 4-9 ATS in their last 13 non-conference games and 5-13 ATS in their last 18 games following an SU loss. St. Bonaventure has gone a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a double-digit loss at home, 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following an ATS loss and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games against a team with a winning SU record. The Bonnies are my pick to win and cover!

Pick: St. Bonaventure +3.5

Texas Southern (15-19) Vs. NC Central (19-15)

Game Information

What: #16 Texas Southern Tigers (15-19) Vs. #16 North Carolina Central Eagles (19-15)
When: Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 6:40 P.M ET
What: University of Dayton Arena, Dayton, OH
TV: TruTV
The Line: Texas Southern -5 -110 | -220 | U 146 -110

Analysis: Texas Southern has caught fire at just the right time, winning seven straight, including the SWAC conference championship, reach the First Four, despite owning a losing SU record on the year. North Carolina Central has won five straight through while claiming the MEAC conference championship.
Texas Southern has gone 4-9-1 ATS in their last 14 games following a straight-up win and just 2-5 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games. On the flip side of the coin, NC Central has gone a perfect 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games overall, 4-0 ATS in their last 4 neutral site games,  5-1 ATS in their last 6 non-conference games and 18-5 ATS in their last 23 games against a team with a losing straight up record. I like the more consistent NC Central Eagles to get the win over the Texas Southern Tigers in this one despite being 5-point underdogs.

Pick: NC Central +5

Syracuse (20-13) Vs. Arizona State (20-11)

Game Information

What: #11 Syracuse Orange (20-13) Vs. #11 Arizona State Sun Devils (20-11)
When: Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 9:10 P.M ET
What: University of Dayton Arena, Dayton, OH
TV: TruTV
The Line: Arizona State -1½ -110 | -125 | O 142 -110

Analysis: Arizona State has lost two straight and five of its last six games including a 97-85 loss to Colorado in the Pac-12 conference tournament. Syracuse hasn’t been much better in dropping four of six and five of its last eight games overall, including a 78-59 smackdown against North Carolina in the ACC Conference tournament this past week.
The Orange are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 NCAA Tournament games, but just 2-6 ATS in their last 8 neutral site games. The Sun Devils are 1-5 ATS in their last six games but also 10-1 ATS in their last 11 non-conference games. Simply put, take the lesser of two evils – Arizona State!
