Hot NCAAF Predictions for Week 9 of College Football
There is no new week in the college football season that is more important than any other but try telling that to the teams currently in the playoff hunt. Week 9 of the college football season is the last opportunity for teams to impress the playoff committee before the first official rankings of the season are released and we can have a go at those NCAAF Betting picks.
The pressure on these teams gets a little higher with each passing week, and it’s often when the mighty collapse under the weight of that pressure. There are a lot of big games on the calendar this weekend, so let’s makes some college football SU picks for Week 9 to see if we can give our bankrolls a little boost.
.@OhioStateFB will be rocking a custom, all-grey look for this weekend’s clash with Penn State 🔥🔥🔥

Miami Hurricanes Over North Carolina Tar Heels
The Miami Hurricanes have been the cardiac kids this season, pulling out last second wins on a consistent basis. While this may be a sign of the grit and determination of this team, these types of wins are not really going to impress the playoff committee. What the Hurricanes really need is a big statement win, and I think they will get it this weekend versus the North Carolina Tar Heels. Miami is close to a 3 TD favorite for this one, and I think they can win and cover that spread to add a little shine to their unblemished record. Take a look at the Hurricanes industry report for this game.
Ohio State Buckeyes over Penn State Nittany Lions
This is arguably the best game on the schedule in Week 9, as it may go a long way towards deciding the playoff fates of both teams. Penn State and unbeaten on the season, and have been getting better with each passing week. In Saquon Barkley, they have a young man that is going to get a lot of votes for the Heisman, as there have been times this season when he has carried this team. With 1 loss on the season already, Ohio State cannot afford another slip. This may be their toughest challenge yet, but it’s one I think they win. I think they are just too tough to beat at home.
Georgia Bulldogs over Florida Gators
Jacksonville, Florida will once again play host to the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party, as fans of the Bulldogs and Gators descend on the city for another round of one of the best rivalries in college football. The Gators have dominated the proceedings over the years, but this is a Dawgs team with National Championship aspirations. If you look at the remaining schedule for Georgia, this is the game that jumps out as the potential trip-up game. The Florida Gators is a team in turmoil right now, though, and I think they may be on to a real beating in this one.
Notre Dame Fighting Irish over North Carolina State Wolfpack
There are a few teams sitting just outside the top 4 that are waiting to pounce should any of the current leaders slip up. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are one of those teams, and they have been in stunning form since they lost at home to the Georgia Bulldogs in the early part of the season. They could very easily find their way into the final four at the end of the season if they win out, but they have a tough game this weekend over a very good NC State Wolfpack team. I like the Irish to come away with a big win here as they continue their drive towards a postseason spot.
